Refund policy
I want to ensure that you are satisfied and happy with the gemstone purchased. To help with this, I offer returns on all items ordered on this website with the following caveats:
- I must be notified of intent to return within 48 hours of receiving the gem.
- Any returned gem must be in the same condition as delivered to you including the box, meaning they are unworked, undamaged, and unused.
- All returns and exchanges will be subject to any processing fees charged by the original payment merchant (Credit Card/PayPal/Afterpay/Zip Pay).
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT
- If your item(s) meets the criteria above, please contact me at pebblesprout@gmail.com and provide the order details of the gemstone you wish to return, and reasons for return.
I highly recommend using a tracking shipping service. If the item is lost in transit, I will be unable to process a refund.
- Once the gem is returned and passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credit to clear.
Any original shipping charges will not be included in the refund.
