Shipping policy

I ship Internationally and Australia-wide with Australia Post. If your country is not in the shipping destination country, please email me for a quote.

Order Processing Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times: Express delivery: 1-2 business days (metro areas)
Express international: This is dependant on destination but for most locations it will be between 7-12 business days. For a more accurate estimation please check the Australia Post website.

Shipping Fees: Express shipping is $16 per order within Australia. Express international shipping is $45. Both options include insurance and signature on delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details. 

Lost Items: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact me at pebblesprout@gmail.com and I will begin an investigation with Australia Post.

Authority To Leave: If you choose ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout, I am not responsible for parcels after delivery.
